Language is what separates but also unifies us. What a great and insightful pilot study that shows how technology can help provide interpretative services to improve patient care…and patients appreciate it! The one downside noted in the article was the cost as interpreters charged per minute. Imagine if we could connect family members by video instead of using interpreters through Ollo Health’s secure video conferencing platform. All of a sudden the main barrier of cost to continuing the service has been removed. This is how we plan to shape the health care of tomorrow.
